Rittagraf® lacquers are opaque textile inks for professional screen printing. Our opaque water based fabric inks for fabric are ultra-pigmented and specially developed to print on dark fabrics. Rittagraf® opaque fabric inks for screen printing have a soft touch and great elasticity, offering a professional and demanding finish.
Rittagraf® inks have been produced in local factories and developed by the best chemical and technical technicians to overcome the highest environmental controls and demands. The composition of Rittagraf® wter based screen printing inks reduces toxicity and improves the safety of the user and consumer of products printed with these screen printing inks.
Rittagraf® opaque fabric inks have high resistance to washing and can be printed on the vast majority of textile fibers, including the most common mixture and even some synthetic fabrics, with the exception of nylon, lycra or fabrics that have been treated with waterproofing products. For the ink to offer better performance and resistance to washing, it is essential to apply heat by means of an iron.
Due to their composition and texture, Rittagraf® lacquers can also be screen printed on other porous substrates such as wood, cardboard and even leather. In addition, these textile inks can also be rolled onto stamps, rubbers or synthetics to apply textiles.
Testing is required before starting a production.
