Rittagraf® metallic screen printing lacquers are opaque and water-based inks for a professional textile finish. Rittagraf® opaque fabric inks are extremely opaque, have a soft touch and are highly resistant to washing. Our metallic inks are composed of metallic pigments that offer a glossy and glitter finish unique in the market for water-based inks. With these inks, professional metallic finishes with glitter effect are achieved on dark backgrounds.

Rittagraf® inks are manufactured free of solvents and other harmful substances. The aqueous composition seeks to improve the user experience, reducing toxicity as much as possible. A team of chemists work on the development of inks to make them safer for the user and the environment. Using our metallic opaque lacquers inks to achieve a metallic effect is the most environmentally friendly option for screen printing textile printing.

Rittagraf® lacquers have high resistance to washing and can be printed on the vast majority of textile fibers, including the most common mixtures and even some synthetic fabrics, with the exception of nylon, lycra or fabrics that have been treated with waterproofing products. It is necessary to iron the garment once dry to improve resistance to washing. Metallic textile inks are less dense than other colors and do not require the use of retardant for textile inks. Metallic textile lacquers can also be printed on other porous surfaces, and can also be applied with a roller for stamp printing.

Testing is required before starting a production.
