As specialized manufacturers of various types of stamps, we proudly introduce our professional service for crafting soft polymer plates designed for stamps, letterpress, and flexographic marking systems.
This tailored service is crafted for those who aspire to create rubber stamps or letterpress plates to print, akin to the flexographic technique. We provide a high-definition plate ideal for stamp production, although it is less resistant to abrasion and chemicals compared to photopolymer resin plates or rubbers used in laser stamps. The polyester base imparts flexibility and facilitates easy handling.
Due to its softness (20º Shore), this plate is perfect for manual printing, especially for stamp creation. It is also compatible with traditional machinery such as Adana presses, Minerva, and even vertical presses or presses.
At Rittagraf, we exclusively work with high-quality Japanese polymers, specifically Toyobo, treated according to the necessary guidelines for proper handling and preservation. We carefully choose the plate reference that best suits each application. For manual printing or when a softer polymer is required, we recommend polyester base solar plates with a thickness of 0.95 or 1.70 mm and a hardness of 25 Shore. The depth and thickness of the polymer in a soft 0.95 mm plate are 0.74 mm.
These plates can be printed with traditional relief inks, offset inks, or stamp pad inks. Processing these plates involves the use of water, so it is recommended to clean them with special oils like Novasol cleaning oil, always avoiding the use of water or alcohol.
We offer this service in two standard DIN sizes, but for other dimensions, feel free to contact us at info@rittagraf.com.
